Submission, Registration and Contact
SUBMISSION
To submit an abstract (no full paper required), go to ESA Website and log in.
(If you have not paid your ESA membership fees for 2019 yet, you will need to do that before paper submission. Go to Account - Renew membership.)
Choose Conferences - 2019 ESA European Meeting, Dijon, France - Submit Talk. You only need to submit an abstract, a full manuscript is not required.
Papers will be presented in parallel sessions.
This year we have a novelty: you can submit a paper for a semi-plenary session. The semi-plenary sessions are composed each of 3 talks (the organizer + 2 selected papers among the submissions - if you would like to be selected in one of the semi-plenary sessions, please indicate this in capitals at the top of your submitted abstract). Also, write to the organizers of the semi-plenary session to inform them about your submission and to check your paper fits in the session.
REGISTRATION
The registration procedure is the following: you need to go on the ESA website, and click on Conferences https://www.economicscience.org/page/conferences-private, pick Dijon, and register.
Please keep in mind the following submission and registration deadlines:
May 1st, 2019 (5pm PST): Paper Submission Deadline
June 15th, 2019 (5pm PST): Early Registration Deadline
July 15th, 2019 (5pm PST): Late Registration Deadline

Early registration – Faculty and professionals: US $350.00, Deadline June 15th, 2019 (5pm PST)
Early Registration – Students: US $250.00, Deadline June 15th, 2019 (5pm PST)
Late registration – Faculty and professionals: US $450.00, Deadline July 15th, 2019 (5pm PST)
Late registration – Students: US $350.00, Deadline July 15th, 2019 (5pm PST)
Guest registration for conference dinner: US $75.00, Deadline July 15th, 2019 (5pm PST)
(The fees cover as usually coffee breaks, lunches and gala dinner. Accomodation and transport are not included in the fee.)
