Jean Christian Tisserand

I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Wine and Spirits Business at the Burgundy School of Business. I defended my Ph.D thesis in Law and Economics ("Essays on the economic analysis of negotiations") in November 2016 at the University of Besançon.

My research relates to the analysis of negociations and imply the use of specific empirical tools such as econometric analysis, experimental economics and meta-analysis. Database analysis and statistics in general are my fields of expertise. I start applying this in the wine domain this year.

I regularly take part in economic conferences and pay a particular attention to public policy issues in connection with my primary research fields. I was recently invited by the ISST (Institute of Labour) of Rennes and Strasbourg to present my works and give a speech about the potential economic consequences of the El Khomri law.
