Sonia Lequin

Sonia Lequin is the project manager for research development at the Burgundy School of Business (BSB). In 2010 she received her Ph.D. in Food Science. Her research has focused on the physico-chemical characterization of cork material, work related to the problem of premature oxidation of white wines.
Sonia joined BSB in 2012 to provide expertise in the structuring of research (development of management and process tools), development of funding applications (PARI) and organizational assistance to researchers in their research projects.

She is now interested in research on the management of organizations.
